What you'll do

Requirements Job Requirements for Leasing Consultant Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor Strong customer service and communication skills Organized with excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable using computers and office software Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner Strong analytical aptitude and goal-oriented mindset Ability to build positive relationships with residents and prospective residents Must be available to work Tuesday-Saturday schedule 8am-5pm (winter) 9am-6pm (summer) Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow This position is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people, thrives in a team environment, and is looking to grow within the property management industry.
