The ideal candidate will have sharp attention to detail, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and a professional yet outgoing personality. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is required, along with experience operating general office equipment such as copiers, printers, and scanners.
Interact with facilities representatives and building management
Coordinate office IT/tech issues with internal Help Desk and outside vendors as needed
Perform general office administration, including processing vendor invoices, managing check disbursements, record keeping and communication
Receive, log, and track subpoenas
Support Partners with special projects and marketing events
Coordinate with the firm's HR and Marketing personnel

Expected hourly rate of compensation is $20/hr - $22/hr, depending on experience (DOE)
