What you'll do

The Licensed Nurse plans, coordinates, and provides comprehensive nursing care for residents while supervising staff.
They ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local facility operation standards.

What you need

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school and hold a valid, good-standing state license as an RN or LPN.
Additionally, they must possess current CPR certification and strong English communication skills.

The Licensed Nurse plans, coordinates, and provides total nursing care for residents; and supervision and guidance to staff providing direct care. Complies with federal, state and local standards for facility operation. Incorporates the Generation’s Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others. What we offer: * Paid Time Off (PTO) for F/T employees * Medical - Dental - Vision (F/T employees) * 401 (k) Employer Match * Employee Engagement * Safe work environment * On-the-job training * Growth Opportunities Schedule: * Full-time, working Mondays through Fridays OR Sundays through Thursdays, from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm * Additionally, will be on a 5-week rotation to be on-call for 1 week every 5 weeks * 8 hour shifts * Holiday availability preferred Wage: * $31 - $37/hour, dependent upon experience * On-call bonus $10/day Mondays through Fridays, $15/day Saturdays & Sundays and an additional $50/day if called in Requirements: * Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. * Must have a valid state license to practice as an RN within the facility's state. Licensure in good standing. * Certification in CPR. * Ability to read, write, communicate, and follow written and oral instructions in the English language.
