What you'll do
- Monitor health conditions, vital signs, and documentation
- Respond to medical concerns and emergencies
- Support physician appointments and follow physician orders
- Train and support staff on health-related needs
- Participate in Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and interdisciplinary team meetings
- Assist with daily living needs when necessary
- Help ensure the safety, health, and well-being of the individuals we serve
What you need
- Active Tennessee LPN License
- Valid driver's license
- BLS Certification within 30 days of hire (training available)
- PCM Certification within 60 days of hire (training available)
- Ability to lift and assist with mobility needs up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

🕗 12-Hour Shifts | 7pm-7am
Paid Orientation 2 Weeks During First Shift Hours (8:00am-5:00pm)Every Other Weekend Required- Both Saturday and SundayNursing with a PurposeAt Open Arms Care, you'll do more than provide medical care.
