What you'll do
- Provide hands-on support with personal care, meals, mobility, and daily living activities; teach independence and life skills; and coach, mentor, and advocate for individuals.
- Transport individuals to activities and appointments, document progress, and work with the team.
What you need
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to lift and assist with mobility needs up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to complete CPR certification within 30 days and PCM certification within 60 days (training provided)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Education: a high school diploma
