- Active NYS LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Physical exam within 1 year
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years
- MMR immunizations within 10 years
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)

per diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
who are committed to providing high-quality, individualized care in the comfort of our clients’ homes.
We currently have short to
12-hour day and overnight shifts
, as well as
nursing visit opportunities
, available throughout Westchester County.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum
1 year of recent LPN experience
in an acute care setting (home care experience preferred)
Active
NYS LPN license
and
current BLS certification
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Physical exam

(within 5 years)
