We have eliminated many of the barriers to care that disproportionately impact the most vulnerable in our communities, allowing them to get high quality care they need in an environment they can trust.About the roleWellity Health is currently looking for full-time, or part-time licensed therapists to join our team in the heart of Burlingame, CA! Providers best suited to join Wellity Health enjoy a dynamic supportive environment allowing them to focus focus their time on providing direct clinical work instead dealing with the isolation and administrative aspects of working independently.This position will work with all ages, including children and adolescents, and will require a minimum of two evenings per week up to 7:00 PM.At Wellity you will have the support of our clinical leadership team and administrative team allowing you to focus on what you do best while we manage the rest.ResponsibilitiesPrimarily 1:1 psychotherapy, with option to facilitate therapy groups as well.Consultation meetings with team members, as indicatedCollaboration meetings with psychiatry providers, as indicatedCreate timely comprehensive patient assessments/intakes and progress notes.Treatment planningComplete documentation in compliance with clinical and state requirementsProficiency, or a strong interest in working with people of color/multi-cultural therapy, LGBTQIA+, eating disorders, EMDR, and/or other clinical niche.An interest in creating, contributing to, and/or conducting groups, workshops, blogs, or other written material.QualificationsActive and unrestricted clinical license in CA and in good standing with BBS (LSW, LMFT, LPCC)Master's degree or higherBilingual preferred but not requiredCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive SalaryProfessional developmentDedicated, in-house receptionists and/administrative supportPaid professional liability insurance coverageOpportunity for growth and personal impact within a rapidly growing company!Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401k
