Take ownership of assigned tasks, follow through on commitments, and develop confidence making sound day-to-day decisions. Demonstrate emerging leadership through accountability, collaboration, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Required Qualifications Approximately 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, warehouse coordination, customer service, or a related operations role; comparable hands-on experience will be considered. Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Clear, professional communication and a service-oriented approach. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems. Willingness to ask questions, take feedback, and develop new skills in a fast-paced environment. Work is primarily office-based with occasional visits to refrigerated warehouse areas; frequent computer and telephone use, extended sitting, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
