What you'll do

Provide compassionate, high-quality, person-centered nursing care
Assess and monitor residents' health and well-being
Coordinator resident care with the nursing team
Document resident progress and changes in condition
Communicate and implement care updates to support positive resident outcomes

What you need

Graduate of an approved LPN Nursing program
Current Pennsylvania LPN License
Current CPR Certification
Working knowledge of MDS
Long-term care nursing experience (preferred)
