a flexible Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm schedule for our LPN Position that covers both the Lewis, NY and Elizabethtown, NY areas.

Supporting Direct Support Professionals to perform nursing duties based on regulatory requirements under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Requirements: LPN certification with license to practice in New York State
