Job Description Full Time Day Shift $15.50 per hour Weekly pay Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Maintenance Specialist. The Maintenance Specialist performs maintenance duties around the facility in an industrial setting. The Maintenance Specialist will also participate in general cleaning duties from time to time, as assigned by the supervisor. RESPONSIBILITIES: Inspect spaces daily to identify problems with litter, mechanical failure, or breakdowns Respond to requests for maintenance services Change lights Perform small electrical and plumbing tasks Performs other cleaning duties as assigned Perform painting, including drywall, doors, and office furniture Perform industrial building maintenance and repairs QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE): High school diploma or equivalent education/technical certification Attention to detail Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing work Basic skills in mechanical repair and routine facility maintenance Ability to use common tools such as hammers, screwdrivers/drills, and wrenches Time management skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE): Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices Degree from a technical college Closing Diversified Maintenance is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
