What you'll do
- Walk and inspect the community for cleanliness.
- Clean assigned areas including furniture, fixtures, walls, windows, window sills, blinds and vents.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum all area floors, rest rooms and break areas.
- Clean rest room facilities and replenish supplies.
- Perform general maintenance duties (painting, light carpentry, etc.).
- Collect and remove trash and recyclable.
- Ensuring grounds are free of litter and debris.
- Assist with routine and preventative maintenance.
- Other duties as requested.
What you need
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Requires communication and customer service skills, task prioritization and time management, and the ability to climb ladders, frequently lift and carry up to 30 pounds, and work in all weather conditions.

Waccamaw Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support a condominium community in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Daily responsibilities:
Walk and inspect the community for cleanliness.
Clean assigned areas including furniture, fixtures, walls, windows, window sills, blinds and vents.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum all area floors, rest rooms and break areas.
Clean rest room facilities and replenish supplies.
Perform general maintenance duties (painting, light carpentry, etc.).

Ensuring grounds are free of litter and debris.
Assist with routine and preventative maintenance.

High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
Customer service driven and team oriented.
Self-motivated, proactive, takes the initiative, with strong follow-up skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to safely operate, climb and perform work on ladders
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, pull/push, grasp, twist, reach above shoulder, use hands and fingers, have clear vision, walk, stoop, kneel and climb.
• Must be able to work in all elements of weather conditions
