What you'll do
- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and routine upkeep throughout the condominium property
- Complete basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry repairs
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and respond to resident and management requests
- Perform preventative maintenance on building equipment, common areas, and community facilities
- Inspect the property regularly to identify maintenance concerns and potential safety hazards
- Assist with larger maintenance projects and coordinate with outside vendors
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner
- Follow established safety procedures and report major repairs or concerns to management

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a condominium community. The ideal candidate will have general maintenance and repair experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to respond to maintenance requests while helping keep the property safe, clean, and in excellent condition.
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance, repairs, and routine upkeep throughout the condominium property.
Complete basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry repairs.
Troubleshoot maintenance issues and respond to resident and management requests in a timely manner.
Perform preventative maintenance on building equipment, common areas, and community facilities.
Assist with maintaining hallways, lobbies, stairwells, recreational areas, and other common areas.
Replace light bulbs, repair doors and locks, patch walls, and address minor building issues.
Inspect the property regularly to identify maintenance concerns and potential safety hazards.
Assist with larger maintenance projects and coordinate with outside vendors when necessary.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
Follow established safety procedures and report major repairs or concerns to management.
Provide professional and courteous service to residents, staff, and vendors.
Full-Time Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm
Pay Rate: $25-$27 DOE
