Work Type: 30 hours per week (Full-Time Benefits Eligible) Decatur Village with 43 units , located in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania , is a senior apartment community proudly managed by National Church Residences —the nation’s largest nonprofit provider of affordable senior housing, serving over 46,000 seniors across 360+ communities nationwide. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician who shares our passion for advancing better living and care for seniors! On-Call Requirement: This position requires availability for on-call duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.
