To fulfill this role effectively, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: High School Diploma 1-2 years’ experience in maintenance Can climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs., lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and grasp, stoop, reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations. Please contact us to request accommodation. Responsibilities Include: Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures including drain cleaning. Maintain all guestroom and public space equipment and replace caulk tile/grout door repair to include locking mechanisms and hinges. Inspects rooms for pest intrusion and inspects and replaces cosmetic appliance components. Replace light bulbs and ballast, repair closet/drapery tracks, replace furniture, and repair knicks and gouges. Detailed documentation in English is vital for maintaining logs and inspection sheets. Other duties as assigned by leader.
