What You'll Be Doing: As a Maintenance Service Technician, you wi ll : Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues including HVAC systems, plumbing, appliances, electrical, carpentry, drywall repair, and painting Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance service requests in a high-volume community environment Communicate effectively with residents and office staff regarding repairs, timelines, and updates Support apartment turns, grounds maintenance, and snow removal efforts Help maintain exceptional service standards and contribute to a positive resident experience Participate in the on-call rotation and assist with emergency maintenance situations as needed Compensation & Incentives: Base Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour $1,500 Sign-On Bonus Up to 50% Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions Morgan Essentials: $300 Quarterly On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match Generous Paid Time Off, including 10 paid holidays and sick leave Hours & Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Paid rotating on-call participation required Must be available for emergency maintenance needs, including weather-related events and snow removal Schedule subject to change based on business needs. What We're Looking For: Active, valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing or a related field Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, plumbing repairs, appliances, and general maintenance troubleshooting Boiler experience preferred; Lochinvar experience is a plus Ability to effectively manage work orders, apartment turns, and daily maintenance responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable using mobile technology, email, and property management software Dependable team player who takes pride in their work and is committed to continuous learning and professional growth #AC6118
