Maintenance Technician Nights Job Title: Maintenance Technician Nights Reports to: Director of Maintenance Salary/Hourly: Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 Hour - $40.00 Hour Shift: Days 5pm-5am (2-2-3 rotation) Bonus: $5000 sign on bonus Summary CraftMark Bakery is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its highly automated, state-of-the-art commercial bakery. The role focuses on keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. Key benefits: $5,000 sign-on bonus (limited time) Competitive pay PTO starting on day one Affordable health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Quarterly attendance bonus Relocation assistance available 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule Primary responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, drivers, sensors, and production machines Troubleshoot and repair machinery and mechanical systems Reset or monitor PLC-controlled systems. Read and follow diagrams, sketches, manuals, and engineering specifications Analyzes/Maintain equipment throughout the plant Follow all safety policies and procedures Understands specifications Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a production environment Basic computer skills Strong commitment to workplace safety Physical Demands of Work Environment Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to stand for 3-5 hours at a time; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/ or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
