Apartment Maintenance TechnicianReserve at Ridgewood is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a "can-do" mindset who takes pride in delivering quality work every day. What You'll DoComplete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner Perform apartment turns, make-readies, and punch work Maintain the appearance and upkeep of community grounds Complete drywall repairs and painting projects Perform general plumbing and electrical repairs Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep Participate in a shared on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs Provide outstanding customer service to residents and team members What We're Looking ForMinimum of 2 years of apartment maintenance experience required Strong troubleshooting and repair skills Appliance repair experience is a plus Plumbing repair experience is a plus HVAC experience is a plus CPO certification is a plus, but not required Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to remain professional and solution-focused under pressure Weekend availability required Shared on-call participation required Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance are required What We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experience and qualifications Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and paid holidays A supportive team culture and professional work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement At Reserve at Ridgewood, we believe great communities start with great people.
