Maintenance Technician: SEA LIFE San Antonio Location (Country-State-City) US-TX-San Antonio, TX Job ID 2026-14134 Employment Type Full-Time Offer/Contract Type At Will (US Only) Location Name SEA LIFE San Antonio What you'll bring to the team Maintenance Technician SEA LIFE San Antonio What You'll Do: Troubleshoot and provide basic maintenance for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Apply hands-on knowledge and experience to tackle problems to sustain minimal downtime of themed attractions for the maximum guest experience. Position functions will include but not limited to custodial duties, re-lamping & lighting systems, painting and wall repair, tech equipment, shipping and receiving as well as exhibit setup and takedown. Maintaining and troubleshooting Audio Visual equipment for both old and new exhibits. Install and/or replace light bulbs, projector lamps, doors, etc. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain attraction systems, rides, and equipment. Perform work order repairs, inspections, and adjustments Complete “Preventative Maintenance” tasks (Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, etc.). Set-up and install data cables as needed; install and repair computer outlets and computer bundles. Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned. Corrects or reports any safety or fire hazards. Observes safe working practices, including maintaining storage areas clean, organized and in safe condition. Able to set-up and operate various hand tools and power equipment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience What You'll Bring: High School diploma or GED required At least two years of maintenance experience preferred Experience of maintaining flexibility and the highest level of service.
