West Coast Dental is seeking a motivated individual to join our Office Manager in Training Program. This role is designed for aspiring office managers who want to develop leadership skills, gain hands-on experience, and learn the ins and outs of managing a dental office. The program provides structured training, mentorship, and career growth opportunities within our organization. Office Managers will transition from training program to office placement following 8-10 weeks in dedicated training.  Key Responsibilities * Operational Training: Learn and assist in managing daily office operations, including patient scheduling, staff coordination, and workflow optimization. * Financial Management: Train in revenue cycle processes, insurance claims, budgeting, and cost control strategies. * Leadership Development: Shadow experienced office managers, participate in management meetings, and cultivate leadership skills. * Compliance & Regulations: Ensure adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, and company policies while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with front and back-office teams to enhance patient care and staff productivity. * Talent Management: Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes for office staff.  Qualifications: *  Bachelor’s degree required. *  Strong organizational and leadership skills.   *  Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.   *  Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.   *  Prior experience in healthcare or dental administration is a plus but not required.          Benefits: * Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.         * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.         * Paid time off, sick leave, and holiday pay.         * 401(k) plan.   * Professional development and career advancement opportunities.
