Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals to perform the essential functions. * Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects and proprietary information. * Accurate and swift time coding, tracking and reporting for all yard personnel. Aiding with employee use of time clocks, working with a custom software program and ensuring supervisors are correctly documenting their crew’s time. * Participation in overall production schedule reporting and timely communication of any changes with minor direction to the plant team to ensure success. * Assist in distribution of Key Performance Metric reports to the manufacturing team. * Track status of panel drawings and issue information to production teams as needed. * Support leadership team in planning and organizing team and company activities. * Coordinate and assist manufacturing departments with administrative tasks which may include, organizing training sessions, ensuring documentation is retained and filed appropriately, typing, preparing and posting signage, and data entry. * Other duties as assigned. Experience and Education: * High school diploma or equivalent is required. * Minimum 1 years’ experience in an administrative capacity is preferred. * Experience in the construction and/or concrete industries is preferred.
