Manufacturing Trainee (Machinist)

Position: Manufacturing Trainee (Machinist) Location: Florence, KY Shift: 5:00pm to 1:30am Monday - Friday (Training on day shift) Come and start your new career with a company that impacts many of the brands you see on store shelves today! This is an entry-level role that requires NO EXPERIENCE in manufacturing. The starting pay for this position is $21/hour plus $1/hour shift differential. Employees are eligible for two, 50-cent increases over the first year if they pass the competency assessments. Able to meet physical requirements of the job Lifting up to 30 lbs. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $21 - $22 USD hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
