Perform service and warranty repairs, including fiberglass, gelcoat, and general boat repairs as needed

Work directly with customers to identify concerns, explain repairs, and ensure issues are resolved
Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers when additional technical support is needed
Document repairs, findings, and warranty work
Travel to customer locations to perform service and warranty repairs as needed
Assist with sea trials, testing, and boat handling when required

Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Additional Experience That's a Plus

ABYC certification
Boat handling experience on vessels up to 60 feet
Experience working with larger offshore or high-performance boats
You don't need to have experience with every system listed above. We're looking for someone with a strong foundation in marine repair, a willingness to learn, and the ability to tackle a wide range of challenges.
