POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing & Pursuits Coordinator supports the Marketing Department by leading the coordination of proposals and company events. The role advances Keller’s brand and business development goals by helping tell a compelling story, sell its strategy in every pursuit, and create memorable experiences in both proposals and events.
Success in this role depends on the ability to sell, to create polished and engaging experiences, and to do both in alignment with Keller’s brand and strategy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Pursuit Coordination and Win Strategy
Pursuit lead: Serve as lead coordinator for RFP and RFQ responses, managing content preparation, organization, formatting, and schedules to ensure accuracy, compliance, brand consistency, and on-time delivery.
Selling the win: Partner with pursuit teams to translate client requirements and win strategy into compelling, client-focused content that differentiates Keller.
Proposal experience: Shape the look, flow, and storytelling of each submission so it reflects Keller’s brand and reads as a persuasive, cohesive sales document rather than a compliance exercise.
Continuous improvement: Maintain proposal content, project profiles, and boilerplate, and capture lessons learned to strengthen future pursuits.
Event and Sponsorship Coordination
Event logistics: Coordinate company events, including tradeshows, employee gatherings, client functions, and community engagement, by managing scheduling, vendor communication, and onsite setup.
Event experience: Create engaging, on-brand experiences that strengthen client and community relationships and support business development goals.
Sponsorships: Assist in coordinating sponsorship logistics, tracking deadlines and deliverables, and maintaining accurate records of sponsored events and community partnerships.
Event promotion and follow-up: Support pre-event communications and post-event content and follow-up so events extend Keller’s brand visibility and relationships beyond the day itself.
Marketing Department Support
Content and creative: Support the development, layout, and design of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, advertisements, and project profiles; write, edit, and proofread newsletters, blogs, and promotional content; and capture and edit project photos and short videos. Assist with management of social media platforms and content.
