What you need
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program; preferred fields include Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
- Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, organizational and prioritization skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: a bachelor's degree or a postgraduate degree

Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Marketing and Sales Enablement Specialist on day-to-day initiatives.
Learn and support Hilb Group's marketing and sales strategies.
Assist with projects and tasks related to social media and digital marketing initiatives.
Develop a foundational understanding of the insurance industry and agency operations.
Collaborate and network with associates across the organization to support marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.Preferred fields of study include Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Eagerness to learn about the insurance industry and support marketing initiatives.
