Material Associate

PAY: $21.92-$25.54 hourly plus an 8% shift differential for hours worked in the facility. · Starting pay will depend on prior experience and work location. Shift Hours: 1:45 pm-10:00 pm - Swing Shift and 9:45 pm - 6:00 am · Grave Shift (S-T with overtime) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · The Material Associate will: • Load and unload trailers with use of forklift. • Load and unload material by hand from pallets, trays, racks, conveyors, and machines. • Stack or assemble material • Document inventory as required • Operate motor equipment safely and maintain it with care • Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals • Maintain a clean and safe work area • Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management • Follow all written and verbal instructions • Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude • Must be able to perform work that is repetitive in nature • Able to work overtime as needed • Other duties as assigned AVAILABLE BENEFITS INCLUDE: · Opportunities for advancement into leadership roles. · Healthcare (medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance are available). · EAP (legal service, financial service, child/elder care support, identity theft recovery). · Tuition Reimbursement (subject to limitations). · Access to First Choice Healthcare, an on-site clinic. · A 401(k) Employee Savings and Investment Plan. · Accrual of vacation time, 12 Paid Holidays, and 40 hours of personal time.
