PAY: $21.92-$25.54 hourly plus an 8% shift differential for hours worked in the facility. · Starting pay will depend on prior experience and work location. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · The Production Associate operates various machines and performs tasks related to the production of airbags, inflators, or component parts. · Performs repetitive work requiring continuous alertness and attention to detail. Associates ensure that a high-quality product is produced. · Monitors machines and verifies that parts meet specifications by using hand gauge measurements and/or visual inspection. · Promotes quality and safety rules while maintaining work area in a clean and orderly condition. · Trains and/or instructs others as required. · Maintains reliable attendance and a full-time work status. · Adheres to safety standards. · Must be able to stand for 8 hours, and lift 25-40 lbs. · Other duties as assigned.
