What you'll do
- Receive, inspect, organize, stage, and deliver materials; coordinate requests and track inventory movements, shortages, damages, and returns.
- Assist with inventory control, maintain a safe and organized warehouse and yard, and support Yard Coordinator responsibilities.
What you need
- Warehouse, inventory, logistics, construction, or material-handling experience is preferred.
- Forklift certification, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record are required; telehandler experience and a CDL are a plus.

As a Material Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in keeping our construction teams productive, supporting project success, and ensuring materials move efficiently from delivery to deployment. If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy staying active while solving problems, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact every day.
What You'll Do:
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and deliveries.
Stage and label materials for upcoming projects and daily crew needs.
Coordinate material requests from Superintendents and Project Managers.
Track material movements, shortages, damages, and returns to maintain inventory accuracy.
Deliver materials to jobsites and pick up materials from suppliers as needed.
Assist with inventory counts and inventory control initiatives.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard.
Support Yard Coordinator responsibilities when needed.
Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, construction, or material handling preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work independently.
Positive attitude with a strong sense of accountability.
Comfortable using Outlook, Excel, and inventory management systems.
Forklift certification required; telehandler experience is a plus.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (CDL a plus).
