What You'll Do: Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and Metal Core welding on a variety of fabrication projects Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication plans Cut, fit, assemble, and fabricate metal components with precision Inspect finished work to ensure quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship Assist with custom fabrication projects and structural steel solutions Work alongside a skilled team to solve problems and deliver exceptional results Travel to jobsites as needed for installation, repairs, and field fabrication Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment What Makes You a Great Fit: Welding and fabrication experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Positive attitude and team-first mentality Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn Commitment to workplace safety Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and thrive in a fast-paced environment Why Join Performance Fab?
