What you'll do
- Perform post-repair inspections on reconditioned vehicles and verify mechanical, cosmetic, and safety-related repairs meet company standards.
- Confirm vehicles are road-ready, test drive as needed, and collaborate with service, body, and reconditioning departments to resolve issues.
What you need
- 2+ years of experience in automotive repair, inspections, or PDI/FQC roles
- High attention to detail and quality control
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record
- ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain—training provided)
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
