What you'll do

<ul><li>Room Patients, triage, obtain/document medical history and chief complaint in EMR </li><li>Document Allergies and Medications and Obtain Informed consent from patients </li><li>Scribe and assist provider during exams and procedures </li><li>Assist skin cancer surgeries, medical procedures and cosmetic procedures </li><li>Prescription management </li><li>Patient call backs with pathology results/Schedule excisions  </li><li>Prior Authorizations and Biologics </li><li>Clean and restock exam rooms/assist with inventory </li><li>Sterilize Instruments </li><li>Assist with any administrative duties such as answering the phone, patient questions and scheduling </li></ul>

What you need

<ul><li>1+ year(s) of Medical Assistant experience (Required)  </li><li> EMR experience (Required) </li><li> Dermatology experience (Preferred)  </li><li> Front desk experience (Preferred) </li><li>Looking for future PA / Medical student candidates needing clinical hours for a gap year or more.  </li></ul> Job Type: <ul><li>Full-time, Monday- Friday </li><li>Opportunity to assist Mohs surgeon </li></ul>Experience: <ul><li>1 Year Medical Assistant </li><li>Dermatology experience preferred </li></ul>Education: <ul><li>High School Diploma </li></ul>Certifications/Licenses: <ul><li>Medical Assistant Certification </li></ul>
