Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Fridays: Some Fridays may be half days or shorter

A Day in the Life
As a Medical Assistant, you'll be an important part of keeping the clinic running smoothly and making sure patients have a positive experience from the moment they're brought back for their visit.
You'll room patients, obtain vitals, prepare patients for exams, assist providers, support minor procedures, update documentation, and help coordinate follow-up care. Depending on the clinic and provider you're supporting, you'll also have the opportunity to gain experience across Primary Care, Cardiology, Orthopedics, and other specialties.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying busy, working closely with providers, and being part of a clinical team where everyone contributes.
What You’ll Do
Room patients and prepare them for appointments
Obtain and document vital signs and relevant patient information
Assist physicians and advanced practice providers during exams
Prepare exam rooms and clinical supplies
Assist with minor in-office procedures as appropriate
Support efficient patient flow throughout the clinic
Update patient information and clinical documentation
Provide patient education and follow-up instructions
Communicate with patients and members of the clinical team
Help maintain a clean, organized, patient-ready clinical environment
