What you'll do
- Complete patient check-in and check-out, answer calls, handle patient queries and concerns, and verify and document patient information.
- Greet patients entering and leaving the office.
What you need
- At least 1 year of prior relevant experience is required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask are required; medical office and EMA/EMR experience are preferred.
