What you'll do
- Provide members and prospective members with Navy Federal products and services, including accounts, lending products, and cards.
- Perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision.

- Working knowledge of deposit and loan products, services, and operational procedures
- Experience in customer service, preferably in banking or a financial institution
- While the job posting reflects a Target Salary Range, the selected candidate will not be hired below Navy Federal's $22/hour Base Pay Minimum Threshold.
- Available Monday - Saturday, hours based on business needs.
