What you'll do
- Experience leading reporting, MI or data-focused teams.
- Strong understanding of management information, reporting and data analysis methodologies.
- Experience developing reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau or similar BI platforms.
- Knowledge of data governance, quality frameworks and reporting controls.
- Experience working with large datasets from multiple sources.
- A track record of delivering reporting improvements, automation initiatives and operational efficiencies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
What you need

You'll lead a small team of MI and data professionals, driving the development of high-quality reporting, data insights and management information solutions that enable effective decision-making across the business.
