What you'll do
- Coordinate resident move-ins and ensure suites are move-in ready
- Welcome new residents and review community services and amenities
- Follow up with residents after move-in to ensure satisfaction
- Support sales and marketing initiatives
- Conduct community tours for prospective residents
- Assist with networking and community outreach activities
- Maintain model suites and complete required reports
What you need
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Compassion for and commitment to serving older adults
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license required
