Job Description: Answer residents' call lights to determine needs Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed Provide physical support to assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercising Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive appropriate diet Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary Reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff Benefits: Complete medical/dental/vision insurance benefits Employer-matching 401k retirement program Up to 16 days' paid time off per year Company paid Life Insurance Competitive Salary Requirements: CNA certification or willing/able to obtain certification Effectively communicate on a personal level with residents, family members, personnel, visitors, etc. Able to make decisions independently when warranted Knowledge of medical and nursing practices and procedures Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to long term care
