At Mochi Health, we're using AI to build a world where healthcare actually works for the people in it. We're an AI-first telehealth marketplace, connecting patients, providers, and pharmacies on one platform where patients choose their own care and providers practice without the friction that slows medicine down. The intelligence behind it is ours, built in house, from the tools that give our providers their time back to the technology that makes care feel personal at scale. This is what healthcare looks like when it's designed around real life: accessible, intuitive, and built to fit the way people actually live. We believe the future of medicine is personal, and we're building it for the hundreds of thousands of patients who trust us, and the providers who care for them.

Description

Healthcare is broken at the first step: patients can't find the right care, understand what it costs, or access the medications they need. Mochi Health is fixing this. We're building an AI-driven marketplace that makes healthcare discoverable—connecting patients to the right providers, transparent pharmacy pricing, and affordable medications. Over the past few years, we've grown rapidly by combining clinical expertise with technology that actually works for real people, not just hospital systems. Our platform does what legacy healthcare can't: it gives patients transparent pricing before they pay, personalized medication management that follows them across providers, and long-term access to their own medical records. We're proving that healthcare can be more affordable, more human, and far more intuitive than what exists today. Join a team that's rebuilding healthcare from the patient up. At Mochi Health, you'll work alongside people who value bold thinking, inclusive collaboration, and getting meaningful work into the world. If you want to do the most impactful work of your career, this is where to do it. About The Role We're looking for independently driven and detail-oriented individuals to join our Pharmacy Operations team. In this role, you'll sit at the center of how medications move from prescription to a patient's doorstep, keeping fulfillment accurate, fast, and reliable. You'll partner closely with our Pharmacy, Clinical, Care, Product, and Data teams to optimize dispensing workflows, strengthen pharmacy partner relationships, and use data to continuously improve the patient experience. What You'll Do Optimize pharmacy fulfillment workflows by identifying inefficiencies, implementing solutions, and continuously improving the path from prescription to delivery. Monitor and resolve fulfillment exceptions, including delayed, rejected, or stuck orders, prior authorization holds, and inventory or stock issues, so patients receive their medications on time. Analyze operational data using SQL and other tools to track pharmacy KPIs such as turnaround time, fill rate, and error rate, surface key insights, and drive data-informed decisions. Act as a key liaison with pharmacy partners and vendors, ensuring issues are addressed quickly, feedback is gathered, and service levels are met. Collaborate cross-functionally with Pharmacy, Clinical, Care, Product, and Data teams to develop strategies that improve the patient medication experience. Support innovation in pharmacy operations by researching best practices and industry trends to help shape Mochi's fulfillment roadmap. Manage and update operational content, including partner communication, training resources, SOPs, and workflows. Foster a team-first mindset: humility, collaboration, and partnership are key. Who You Are 0 to 2 years of experience. Bachelor's Degree in STEM or a related field. Comfortable working full-time, in-office in our downtown San Francisco office. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You know how, when, and what to communicate with confidence and clarity. Experience working across teams and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Analytical and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to solving problems. A strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Interest in pharmacy, healthcare operations, or supply chain is a plus.
