The Operations Specialist – Supply Chain is responsible for supporting procurement, inventory management, receiving, warehouse operations, vendor coordination, and supply chain processes to ensure materials and services are available to support business operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day Supply Chain activities, including inventory control, purchasing, ERP transactions, supplier communication, inventory planning, and operational support.
Position is onsite in Irvine, CA.
Shift is Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm.
Associate's degree, technical certification, or equivalent work experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, Life Sciences, or a related field is a plus.
Two to five years of experience in Supply Chain, inventory management, procurement, warehouse operations, logistics, laboratory support, or related operational functions preferred.
Experience in a regulated laboratory, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hiring salary range: $26.00 to $30.00. The actual hourly rate will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
