Scott, DDS, MS: UCLA and University of Michigan graduate with 28+ years of clinical mastery focused on functional occlusion, patient-centered care, and confidence-building.What You’ll Do Every Day (Responsibilities)First Impressions & Patient Welcome: Greet arriving patients with warmth and positive energy, guide families through check-in, and set expectations for their visits.Patient Communication: Communicate clearly and warmly with patients and families to answer inquiries, verify information, and explain appointment details.Scheduling & Call Management: Handle multi-line phone systems with ease, confirm upcoming visits, and schedule patient appointments efficiently.Practice Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with clinical staff and doctors to ensure a smooth, cheerful daily schedule flow.What We're Looking For (Qualifications)Experience: 1–3 years of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, medical, or dental backgrounds are welcome!).Phone Skills: Hands-on experience handling multi-line telephone systems.Core Qualities: Strong communication skills, a warm and welcoming presence, a collaborative spirit, and an eagerness to learn and grow.Safety & Compliance: This position is safety-sensitive; successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen is required.
