Overview
At
Penn Jersey Diesel & Trailer
, we’re seeking a
Outside Sales Estimator
based in the
Bensalem, PA area
to expand Penn Jersey’s footprint. The Outside Estimator is a customer-facing, field-based sales role responsible for generating revenue for the Penn Jersey Diesel & Trailer body shop, paint, and mechanical service lines. This role owns the full cycle of business development: prospecting new fleet, insurance, and dealer accounts; performing on-site damage assessments; preparing detailed repair estimates; and closing work into the shop. Success in this role is measured by the volume and quality of monthly revenue brought into the business, as well as the accuracy of estimates against actual repair costs. If you’re an experienced sales professional with a passion for fleet services, we invite you to bring your talent to a company where you can make an immediate impact.
This is a high-autonomy role suited to someone who thrives on the road, builds long-standing customer relationships, and can walk a truck or trailer and translate visible damage into a clear, competitive scope of work.
