Painter - I

Responsibilities: Paint or maintain walls, ceilings, and trim on the interior and exterior of building. Coordinates with other departments for special projects, work requests, and assignments. Exhibits s friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with customers, fellow employees Assist painters in order to assist in completion f tasks and to learn techniques, methods, and procedures, etc. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to Bally’s Attendance Policy. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property. This includes all shifts, weekends and holiday periods Competencies: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Work Environment: The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; extreme heat; risk of electrical shock; and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
