THE QUICK DETAILS: Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25-$28 per hour; Starting pay will be determined by skills and experience Hours: Flex schedule according to workload (35-60 hour weeks) Monday-Friday with typical start time between 6:00-8:00 am. End time varies with production needs. Apply paint to doors, frames and misc. product. Maintaining spray equipment and booths. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Maintain paint levels General spray equipment maintenance Spray painting Quality checks before and after SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Help other departments as needed Clean up Watching line Housekeeping – booth, paper, etc. NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Proper and consistent spray technique Identify and know colors Product knowledge Reading paperwork Good communication skills Follow instructions EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent 1-year previous experience Daily Work Expectations: To work together with other sprayers to get daily production needs met before cleanup. Meet quality of work to customer expectations. Finish day’s production. Work at a steady pace. Maintain clean work area. Quality checks. Assist other areas as needed. Daily clean up. Work Environment/Conditions: Pre-finish facility. Spray booths. Heated, non-air-conditioned shop. Concrete floors. Required Work Hours: Flex schedule according to workload (35-60 hour weeks) Monday-Friday with typical start time between 6:00-8:00 am. End time varies with production needs. PPE Required: Safety glasses. Respirator when spraying.
