Part-Time Graphic Designer

Apply Description Are you a creative and experienced graphic designer who enjoys bringing ideas to life through digital marketing, social media, and visual content? Divers Direct is looking for a talented and motivated Part-Time Graphic Designer to support our Marketing Department! We're looking for someone who has a strong background in graphic design, is comfortable working independently, and can turn creative ideas into high-quality marketing materials. This is a hands-on position for someone who can manage multiple design projects, meet deadlines, and bring fresh ideas to our marketing efforts. What You'll Do: Create engaging graphics and marketing materials for social media, email campaigns, websites, digital advertisements, and print. Design and edit content using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Firefly. Develop creative content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms. Assist with scheduling and managing social media posts using Buffer. Edit and enhance product photography, promotional images, and short-form video content. Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop creative concepts and maintain consistent company branding. Independently manage design projects from concept through completion while meeting established deadlines. Provide creative input and recommendations to improve marketing materials and visual content. Assist with additional marketing projects as needed. Requirements What We're Looking For: Previous professional or freelance graphic design experience required. Strong proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with Adobe Firefly and AI-assisted design tools. Strong understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, layout, color, and branding. Experience creating marketing materials for digital, print, and social media platforms. Ability to independently develop and execute design projects with minimal technical supervision. Strong creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members. Portfolio or samples of previous graphic design work required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Buffer or similar social media management platforms. Experience with video editing, product photography, and eCommerce design. Familiarity with social media trends and digital marketing best practices. Background in retail, eCommerce, or consumer-focused marketing. Interest in scuba diving, watersports, or outdoor recreation. Interested in bringing your creativity to Divers Direct?
