- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Communications, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Graduating between December 2027 and May 2028
- Completion of at least two upper-level (300/400) courses relevant to the internship discipline
- Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to support or sponsor any U.S. immigration benefit, such as, but not limited to, H-1B, TN, or STEM OPT, at this time.
- Prior internship, co-op, research, or independent project experience, along with the ability to clearly explain their individual contributions, decisions, and lessons learned
- Experience supporting external partners, clients, vendors, sponsors, or cross-functional teams
- Coursework or projects involving business development, partnership strategy, market research, healthcare innovation, go-to-market planning, business analytics, or project management
- Experience using Excel and PowerPoint to analyze information, track performance, build business cases, or communicate recommendations
- Experience gathering customer or market insights and translating findings into actionable business recommendations
- Leadership experience through student organizations, athletics, military service, community involvement, or campus initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, and collaboration skills

The Partnerships & Business Development Internship is an 11-week, hands-on experience where interns help drive strategic growth initiatives, support key partnerships, and contribute to customer-focused business opportunities across ADT. Interns may work on projects related to partnership management, go-to-market strategy, business development, market research, customer insights, gaining exposure to how cross-functional teams bring new products, services, and partnerships to market. Throughout the summer, interns contribute to meaningful projects while building professional skills, collaborating with leaders, and helping shape solutions that improve customer and business outcomes
