This position is a key point of contact for patients and provides patients and guests with a positive customer service experience from start to finish during their visit.
Full Time/Benefits Eligible
Monday-Friday - 8:00am-4:30pm
Reynoldsburg, OH
Duties/Responsibilities:
Checking patients in and out
Verifying patient demographics and insurance
Collecting Co-pays
Scanning/Indexing
Answering phones and directing to the proper office
Scheduling of patients
Documenting in Electronic Medical Records
Opening and closing the office
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Prior medical office experience preferred, but not required
Knowledge of Electronic Health Records systems preferred
Must have proficient computer skills.
