PC Support Specialist

Job Summary: Responsible for installing and maintaining user devices to include but not limited to computers, copiers, printers, phones, tablets, etc. Role and Responsibilities Installs, maintains and deploys end user computing devices Installs and maintains supporting software, copiers, printers and fax machines Configures and schedules software updates and security patch management for end user devices. Maintains accurate IT equipment inventory Creates purchase requisitions for approved/standard equipment. Maintains an inventory of running spares of important equipment Provides training support of end user computing devices. First and Second level troubleshooting for end user computing devices. Warranty parts order and return for end user computing devices. Qualifications and Education Requirements 2-year technical degree in computer field or equivalent experience.
