As a People & Culture Specialist, you'll provide day-to-day operational support across Turner Pest Control's Florida locations. You'll play an important role in creating a positive employee experience by supporting recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll, HRIS administration, employee questions, compliance, training, and engagement initiatives. You'll serve as a first point of contact for employees and help ensure People & Culture processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with company policies and values. Who You Are... What does it take to be a successful People & Culture Specialist at Turner Pest Control? For starters, you'll be approachable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You'll also have... A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience One to two years of human resources or administrative experience, preferably supporting recruiting, onboarding, benefits, or payroll Foundational knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and applicable employment laws Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams The willingness to support all People & Culture functions and other departments as needed Experience with Workday, ADP, or comparable HRIS and payroll systems is preferred Experience with high-volume recruitment and onboarding in a multi-site or field-based organization is preferred Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred Who We Are...
