About the company

Woven Care

Hospitals and Health Care · 201 to 500 employees

Hi! We're Woven Care. We're a pediatric therapy organization, and we're big believers in the power of human potential… whether it's our patients or our team, we exist to help achieve potential. We are on a mission to drive the highest quality clinical outcomes for the children we serve, becoming the household name for pediatric care in the United States. To achieve our mission, we have to build an organization by clinicians and for clinicians because the most talented clinicians drive the best outcomes for patients. We are building the future of pediatric healthcare, and changing lives, one patient at a time.

We've served children and families since 2005, and are proud to be the leading provider of pediatric care in Colorado. We are a team of experts with backgrounds in Speech, Occupational, and Physical therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis. We believe our comprehensive, integrated, multidisciplinary, care delivery model drives better clinical outcomes for patients. Together, we're proudly working as one team to drive the best outcomes for our patients.

Right now, our services are available to children and families in Colorado, and our goal is to continue to build exceptional teams throughout the United States so that every child has access to the care they deserve.

Your first year as a therapist is the year you get to start applying everything you have learned and building the clinician you want to be. It is also the year the work becomes real: real kids, real families, real progress that you had a hand in. Finding the right place to do it really matters! At Woven Care, we are a pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. We have built a new grad experience around what we know matters most: engaged support, meaningful mentorship, and a team that is invested in growing together. What Your Day Looks Like Here This is the next step in your clinical journey, and you won't be doing it alone. From day one, you'll be surrounded by a team of PTs and PTAs and cross-disciplinary colleagues who love what they do and are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside you. Onboarding is thoughtfully designed with dedicated supervision and mentorship woven in from the start, ramping your caseload and workload expectations gradually throughout your onboarding. Day-to-day, you can expect 30-60 minute one-on-one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, up to two evaluations per week that keep the work varied and engaging, and built-in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. We serve children ages 0-21 with our primary caseload ranging from 3 to 16. Teammates have a productivity of 72.50% of their day. The majority of our clinics are open 5 days per week (some 4 days), and we offer flexibility for either a 5-day schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour work week. A typical day runs from 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with patient care in the morning, a lunch break from 12–1, and continued sessions in the afternoon. What you’ll get at Woven Care A mentor and team that’s here for YOU: Your team is on site or readily available, meeting with you regularly in a way that is focused on your growth and where you are on your journey. From caseload questions to caregiver communication or documentation challenges, your support is by your side. You’ll never feel alone at Woven Care! Student loan repayment: Partnering with SoFi, we provide you with $200/month right to the heart of your principal loan amount! Added up over your tenure with Woven Care, this benefit can save tens of thousands of dollars and years off your loan. You'll have access to: $250 CEU reimbursement, increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure Woven's Clinical Advancement Program, where eligible clinicians receive full funding for specialty certifications, including PTO, travel, and lodging Compensation: New grads receive a salary compensation range of $80,000-82,000/year.
