Plumbing Safety Inspector Technician

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated sales individuals to join our team as Plumbing Safety Inspection Trainees. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, gain hands-on, experience, and build a rewarding career in a high-demand trade. Additionally, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop your sales skills and product knowledge. Training will take place at the Service Champions branch in Brea, CA. You are required to attend training in person at this location for the entire duration of the training program. Paid Training Program Start Date: January 15th, 2027 After training hourly + commission What You’ll Do Spend most of your day in the field—independent, trusted, and on the move Perform in-depth plumbing safety inspections (after training!) in and around customer homes Help identify system concerns and explain solutions to homeowners Complete Level 1–3 plumbing services and repairs once trained Communicate findings clearly through written reports and customer conversations Maintain a high level of professionalism, safety, and customer service Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and skill development Collaborate with managers to achieve performance goals and KPIs Maintain an organized and well-stocked company vehicle What You Bring You don’t need plumbing experience — we’ll teach you everything. What matters most is: A positive attitude and eagerness to learn a skilled trade Strong communication and people skills Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently Comfort working in different environments, including attics, crawl spaces, or outdoors Ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and focused in a fast-paced field role A safety-first mindset and pride in quality work Physical & Work Environment This role keeps you active every day.
